Abstract

¿¬±¸´Â ÀÇ·áºÐÀï¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ºÐ¼®À» ÅëÇØ Ä¡°ú¿µ¿ªÀÇ ÀÇ·á»ç°í¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀνÄÀ» ȯ±â½ÃÅ°¸ç Ä¡°úÀÓ»ó¿¡¼­ÀÇ ÀÇ·áºÐÀï ¿¹¹æ ¹× ±³À°¿¡ µµ¿òÀ» ÁÙ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â Âü°íÁ¡À» Á¦½ÃÇÏ´Â °Í¿¡ ¿¬±¸¸ñÀûÀ» µÎ¾ú´Ù. 2000³â 11¿ùºÎÅÍ 2007³â 6¿ù±îÁö ºÎ»ê±¤¿ª½Ã Ä¡°úÀÇ»çȸ¿¡ Á¢¼öµÈ Ä¡°ú ÀÇ·á ¹Î¿ø¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÁúÀǼ­ ¹× ȸ½Å¼­¸¦ ÀÚ·á·Î ÇÏ¿© °¢ ¹Î¿ø »ç·Ê¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¹Î¿ø¹ß»ý ¿øÀÎ ¹× ÀïÁ¡»çÇ׿¡ ´ëÇØ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á°ú¸¦ ¾ò¾ú´Ù.

This research aims to propose a reference for prevention and education of medical dispute in dental clinic and to recognize anew about medical malpractice, by analyzing medical dispute. The results from data were based on questionnaires and replies about medical complaint, which were received the Busan Dental Association from November, 2000 to June, 2007, were as follows;
1. It were categorized 35 cases to 51 detail patterns. These cases were consists of complicated problem.
2. The cases, which were related to the treatment for prosthesis and orthodontics, became an issue.
3. In the case, which was related to the treatment for prosthesis and orthodontics, there were complaints in order of symptoms(occlusal discomfort, hypersensitivity, abnormal pain) and aesthetics after equipped prosthesis, and so on.
4. There was a tendency toward increasing complaints along with an increase of treatments (except conventional ways) for implant and so on.
